To provide a safer environment for Love Is Red attendees and significantly expedite entry, we have implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into Conference.
We strongly encourage attendees not to bring bags. If a bag is needed, only small clutch bags (6"x8") with or without a handle or strap are permitted.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the registration area designated for this purpose. This includes packed lunches/dinners for those with food allergies or dietary needs.
• An exception will be made for ministry leaders attending with a group. Such leaders are permitted one bag/book bag per group for the purpose of carrying forms and items necessary to lead the group. If this applies to you, enter through door D where your bag will be checked and marked with a wristband.
Love Is Red is designed for students (grade 6 through age 22). If you are age 18+ in student ministry or are the leader of a group of students attending conference, you are invited to attend by registering for Leadership Collective.

No. Due to the size and scope of Conference we are unable to accommodate infants and children under grade 6. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend. We greatly appreciate not asking for any exceptions.

Registration covers admission to all three days of Conference. It does not include meals, transportation, or lodging.

With the potential for a wide range of food allergies and dietary needs, we are unable to accommodate special requests for food available at Conference. Your student is welcome to bring a packed lunch/dinner. Please refer to our Bag Policy for more information.
You do not have to pick your student up for the dinner breaks, however, they are 2-3 hour breaks without food options on-site, so picking them up is recommended.
No, but we do offer boxed lunches for Friday and Saturday. Lunch tickets must be purchased online prior to Conference. At checkout, make sure to select the optional lunch ticket option.
